- Tea tree oil

Soak a clean cotton ball in water and add few drops of tea tree oil on it. Apply this on the affected area and wash off after few minutes.
- Dandelion stem juice
This is a multi purpose stem which can be used to treat many skin related diseases including skin tags. You can take dandelion stem and extract juice from the stem by squeezing it hard. A milky white liquid will come out. Apply it directly to the affected areas and cover it with a bandage.
- Lemon Juice
Lemon juice has many medicinal properties and is a powerful antiseptic. It also contains citric acid which helps to dry out skin tags by decomposing the cells. Mix half lemon juice with little water and apply it directly to the affected area. Leave it on for few hours before washing it off.
- Apple cidar vinegar
Apple cider vinegar can destroy the skin tag tissue so that it vanishes completely. Take two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and soak a cotton ball. Apply it to the skin tag after completely cleansing the skin and drying it.
- Garlic
Fresh garlic juice has anti fungal properties which improve over all health of skin. Ground four fresh garlic and apply the paste directly to the skin.

Usually small tags can be removed easily without anesthesia; however larger growths may require some local anesthesia before they can be removed. - Tie the skin tag at its base with the help of string or dental floss and pull it apart.
- You can freeze the tag by using liquid nitrogen
- Burn the tag using electro desiccation
